The Dual-Engine Model

Self-Built Legacy Foundations is building a robust framework to empower the Black community. Our vision is to create lasting change through economic development, access to essential resources, and the cultivation of independent power.

To achieve this $15 Billion mission, we utilize a Dual-Entity Model that separates capital generation from charitable fulfillment.

1. Ascendant Continuum (A C): The Engine

Ascendant Continuum is our primary operational entity—a Social Enterprise built to generate the resources that fuel the mission.

• Function: A C operates as the "Master Developer" for the Freedom Entertainment Complex, manages the "High-Impact" merchandise lines, and executes the business strategy.

• Mission Alignment: While A C is a for-profit entity, its charter creates a binding covenant to fund the work of the Foundation. It is the engine that pays for the revolution.

• Note: Contributions to A C are investments in the engine, not tax-deductible donations.

2. Self-Built Legacy Foundations (SBLF): The Vehicle

SBLF is the tax-exempt non-profit hub (501c3 pending/status) responsible for managing our community impact.

• Function: SBLF receives funding from A C to execute charitable programs: building hospitals, subsidizing housing, and funding educational curriculums.

• The Flow: Profits generated by the Stadium (A C) flow systematically to the Foundation (SBLF) to serve the people.

Our Governance

To ensure strong leadership and mission integrity, our governance is structured for both agility and accountability.

The Board of Directors (Ascendant Continuum)

Governs the business engine. This board focuses on profitability, asset acquisition, and operational excellence. It is chaired by the Founder to ensure the business never drifts from its purpose of funding the mission.

The Board of Governors (Self-Built Legacy Foundations)

Oversees the philanthropic mission. This board provides strategic guidance on how resources are deployed into the community. It is comprised of experts and community leaders, led by the Founder as the Founding Chair.
