The Mission

"Our mission is to eliminate poverty and foster holistic well-being in the Black community by building a robust economic foundation from the ground up, while simultaneously ensuring access to essential resources and building power for systemic change. We are committed to guiding individuals and communities along a financial ladder, moving from Survival to Stability, then achieving Success, and ultimately creating a legacy of Significance. We achieve this through four pillars:"

 

 * Economic Foundation (Stability and Success):

   * "Creating sustainable jobs, driving wage growth, empowering entrepreneurship, and promoting financial literacy and home ownership are the cornerstones of building Stability and achieving Success within the Black community. We provide the tools and resources necessary to climb the financial ladder."

 * Essential Resources (Stability):

   * "Expanding access to quality healthcare and education, providing digital literacy, ensuring food access, and supporting affordable childcare are essential for establishing Stability. These resources provide the platform for individuals to move beyond survival and build a secure foundation."

 * Community-Led Revitalization & Infrastructure: (Success and Significance):

   * "To empower community-led initiatives that revitalize our neighborhoods, preserve our cultural heritage, and build resilient spaces reflecting our strength and vision, by providing resources, fostering collaboration, and supporting local leadership."

 * Building Independent Power & Systemic Transformation (Significance):

   * "Building Independent Power & Systemic Transformation: Cultivating independent economic and political power, pursuing strategic legal action, controlling our narrative through media ownership, engaging in direct action and community organizing, and investing in leadership development to dismantle systemic barriers and create a truly equitable society, on our own terms."
