An Open Letter to the Architects of Culture
Why we are reverse-engineering a multi-billion dollar stadium.
By Lesha, Founder of Self-Built Legacy Foundations
To the Artists, the Managers, and the Fans:
We have a problem in the music industry. The people who build the culture do not own the infrastructure. We fill the stadiums, but we do not sign the checks. We generate the billions, but we do not control the legacy.
Today, we are changing that equation.
Welcome to Freedom.
Freedom Entertainment Complex is not just a venue concept; it is an economic engine. Located in the Austin Metro Area, it will be the world's first Music-First Stadium—designed from the ground up for acoustics, artist experience, and fan immersion.
But the physical structure is only half the story. The ownership is the revolution.
Through our social enterprise model, the revenue generated by Freedom—the ticket sales, the concessions, the sponsorships—will be reinvested directly into the Self-Built Legacy Foundations mission. It will fund:
- Black Wealth: Creating a new class of owners, not just employees.
- Essential Resources: Building hospitals and educational infrastructure.
- Revitalization: Protecting our neighborhoods from displacement.
- Independent Power: Securing our sovereignty through media and policy.
The Headline 100: A Call to Action
We are not waiting for traditional funding models to validate us. We are validating ourselves.
We are launching The Headline 100—a campaign to secure Letters of Intent (LOI) from 100 of the world's greatest artists to headline this stage.
By committing to perform, these artists aren't just booking a gig. They are providing the Bankable Collateral needed to secure construction financing. They are using their influence to de-risk the project and accelerate the timeline.
They are literally singing the building into existence.
To The Artists:
You have played in arenas built for hockey teams. You have played in stadiums built for football franchises. Come home to a house built for YOU. This is an invitation to be a Foundational Partner. To leave a legacy that outlives your catalog.
To The Fans:
Your voice is the contract. We need you to tell the world that the demand is real. Use the hashtag #HeadlineFreedom and tag the artists who deserve to open this building.
We are done asking for a seat at the table. We are building our own stadium.
Join the build.
