The Price of Sovereignty

Dear Black people, the price our ancestors paid is immeasurable. It is a cost we cannot fully calculate, and it is a debt that was never settled. Today, we confront a new set of prices. On the road we’ve been traveling for centuries, we've yet to arrive, and the cost of inaction is now detrimental. The price of our current economic reality, the denial of holistic well-being, and the lack of independent power is incredibly costly—far exceeding the price of any solution.

This is why we must emphasize the mission’s necessity and worth. Our collective spending power is significant, and it is the single most powerful tool we possess. This investment is the required capital to build the Economic Foundation that ends dependency and secures a self-determined future.

The price of bringing this mission to life. First, let me say that our initial fund raising goal is $15 billion. Considering the urgency of this mission

I also set a 365 day timeframe to raise 100% of said funds. I won’t minimize how large of a sum this is but the way I’ve devised to go about it is very manageable. Second, consider the goal. To eliminate poverty and foster holistic well-being in the black community. Audacious to say the least but very possible. Last, after this initial funding we will be self sustaining.

I’ve designed ten unique meaningful t-shirts plus two unexpected pieces all to be available exclusively on my website. When I set out the goal was 15 designs, having completed 12 it’s time to focus on sharing this necessary mission. Soon you’ll I’ll be launching and making all designs available for sell. The first one is called and inspired by Bonny. A young African queen who chose freedom in the face of unimaginable loss. The second is called Genesis. It visually confronts the origins of the Transatlantic Slave Trade, with the flags of the European nations and the Papal Keys on top, serving as a stark reminder of that brutal beginning. The price is $1,000. Yes, you read that right. No, it’s not about the garment. Nor is the $1,000 High-Impact Tee a luxury purchase. It is a mandatory investment to interrupt the 300-year timeline of stagnation.

Breaking this down to a manageable $1,000 per tee shirt means sales of at least 1 million per design will net the $15 billion funding required. Further breaking this down, smaller amounts of $100 payments over the course of twelve months also gets the job done. Donations of any sum can also be made. Let me be clear your purchase or donation is considered a social impact investment only, with no expectation of equity or ownership. 100% of all profits directly contributes to our mission.

What we have to gain, vastly outweighs the initial investment. See for yourself at Self-builtlegacyfoundations.com
